3. NAME OF THE REGISTER
The name of the register is InsightsAtlas service’s customer register.
4. PURPOSE OF USE
- The Register is used to provide InsightsAtlas service to its customers and performing the actual customer service.
- Marketing and direct marketing of InsightsAtlas service based on the consent of users and according to the applicable law.
- Enabling and securing the operation of InsightsAtlas service and its further development.
- Enabling InsightsAtlas Service and related information sharing between Business Customers and InsightsAtlas.
- Limited use of the information risen from InsightsAtlas users’ use of third-party services according to the consent of the users.
- Dealing with the statutory personal data related responsibilities that InsightsAtlas has.
- Combining the information concerning (i) InsightsAtlas’ register and (ii) third-party contract partners’ (like IT service provider) register information for above described purposes.
- The statutory principles used for information management are according to the Finnish Personal Data Act (2nd chapter, §8.1 articles 1, 2, 4 and 5).
- InsightsAtlas may transfer information outside the ETA if the users are using the service outside of ETA. Our servers are located in the Amazon Cloud.

- user’s mobile phone number
- user’s company and the address of the company
- type and brand of user’s internet browser
- type and brand of user’s computer
- type and brand of user’s computer operating system
- type and brand of user’s mobile phone operating system
- type and brand of user’s mobile phone internet browser
- user name and password for the use in InsightsAtlas service
- IP-address used by the users
- data from entering into agreements (e.g. Terms of Use) between InsightsAtlas and data from acceptance of related conditions
- data about joining specific mailing lists, orders and payments
- data about user’s usage frequency, periods and lengths
- results of customer satisfaction surveys or questionnaires related to the user
- user information related to feedback
6. REGULAR INFORMATION SOURCES
- Inquiry from users themselves in InsightsAtlas service
- Information generated and given by users themselves in InsightsAtlas service or information generated from the use of InsightsAtlas service
- Third-party social media services used by the users themselves
- The statutory principles used for information management are according to the Finnish Personal Data Act (2nd chapter, §8.1 articles 1, 2, 4 and 5)
- We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
7. REGULAR INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
- Information is being shared and disclosed with following parties for following purposes:
- To InsightsAtlas’ contract partner or subcontractor (e.g. IT service provider) to provide InsightsAtlas service and to enable its further development
- The type of the information that may be transferred is described in the fifth article of this document
- The information is being transferred using secured email, regular mail or personally in writing
8. PRINCIPLES AND MECHANISMS ON PROTECTING THE REGISTER
Following mechanisms and principles are used for the protection:
- Lockings in InsightsAtlas’ and its subcontractors’ facilities
- Electrical security and monitoring systems in InsightsAtlas’ and its subcontractors’ facilities
- Firewalls, anti-virus systems, trash email filtering systems and other software and appliances protecting the information security of InsightsAtlas’ and its subcontractors’ data networks
- InsightsAtlas’ personnel’s knowhow about conducting business in a way that takes information security into account
- Training of InsightsAtlas’ personnel
- The information content of the register is being maintained in an electrical form aside from short-term exceptions
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be made available at http://insightsatlas.com/privacy. If we make changes to this policy we will notify users about the changes on our website or with email. By continuing to access or use InsightsAtlas service or visit our website after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
